 What is ISHEMA LUXE?

ISHEMA LUXE is a proudly women-led business offering high-quality, handcrafted sandals, baskets, and printed t-shirts inspired by Rwandan culture. Our mission is to celebrate African craftsmanship and heritage through authentic designs.

Where are your products made?

Our sandals and baskets are handmade in Rwanda by skilled artisans using locally sourced materials. Each piece reflects traditional Rwandan techniques and artistry.

Our t-shirts are printed and designed in-house, right here at home. Every design is created with love and inspired by Rwandan culture, patterns, and vibrant colours.

How do I place an order?

 Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we ship within Canada and USA. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon!

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

What is your return/refund policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Are your products sustainable or eco-friendly?

 Absolutely. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use natural, locally sourced materials and support fair-trade practices that empower artisans and protect the environment.
